To start things were a little confusing because i received multiple text messages saying that they were my guide and which bus to look out for. When I arrived at the meeting point, there were multiple different guides with manifests so you know which group/guide to follow. My guide was Haley. She was very nice and friendly. She was more than willing to answer any questions and shared bits and pieces of her personal life/experiences with the group. I did request when booking if I would be able to leave the tour early for something else, and they were more than flexible. Additionally, Haley went out of her way to help drop me off closer to the place I was planning to visit by creating one more stop along the way, which I really appreciated. Additionally, she was great about offering to take pictures of us if we wanted it, which was much appreciated since I was on my own.

We have a great time. Elin, our tour guide, is very well prepared, very good in giving instruction, friendly and helpful. We visited all itinerary plus a bonus activity for being on time. Thank you Elin.

This has been my favorite Klook tour by far. The itinerary was packed but it still felt like the day flew by! With my incredible tour guide Haley, I got to learn about Jeju Islands’s rich culture. All the places we visited were so unique and all stood out in their own way. You should definitely book this tour!
