Haley was the guide for the day and her leadership of the group was great. Haley's knowledge was based on facts and embedded some nice anecdotes. Her service to me specifically was what I needed in various situations. I did the tour by myself and she helped me take pictures of me. She motivated me up some stairs that became challenging but we made it back to the bus on time. Haley is a reason why I had a lovely experience.

We had a wonderful time with Elin in Jeju! She was warm, friendly, punctual, and very knowledgeable, making our family feel comfortable and welcome throughout the tour. Elin shared fascinating stories about Jeju, guided us to beautiful spots, and helped us take amazing family photos. Thanks to her energy, local knowledge, and thoughtful explanations, there was never a dull moment during the tour. The lunch during the tour was absolutely delicious and added to the overall experience. Everything was well organized, and the schedule was managed perfectly, allowing us to enjoy each location without feeling rushed. We were also impressed by the breathtaking scenery and amazing attractions we visited. This is my second time touring with Jeju Mama Elin. I love her vibe for the first time, and I love her vibes more when I join the second tour with her! She is so energetic and has a very positive presence that cheers and leads the group. She always takes care of us during the tour. I would strongly recommend joining their tour, Yeha Tour by Yilin.
