I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful tour that Mr. Sam has provided. His expertise and knowledge made our experience in Jeju Island truly memorable. He able to speak English fluently helped us understand everything we needed to know, and we appreciated the way Mr.Sam offered to take pictures and personally accompany us to different places, beyond what was required. Additionally, his friendly demeanor and constant check-ins to ensure we were all okay made us feel very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this to my friends who plan to visit Jeju Island. Thank you once again for being an awesome tour guide!

The entire trip was a very great experience. we got to see a lot of places especially snow in Mt. Hallasan. Our tour guide Michelle was very good and very kind. She was able to share a lot of information about the places, and took care of each and everyone of us to cater to our needs. She also gave a gift - a very beautiful song (btw, she has a great voice too!). For first timers like me, this is really a recommended tour! 2 found this helpful
