I don't speak English, but I joined this tour because it was cheaper than chartering a taxi. Since my English comprehension is poor, our guide, Olivia, was very considerate throughout the tour. I apologize that confirming details wasn't always smooth, but we managed to communicate using broken Korean and English. I didn't use a translation app this time. The other tour participants were also very friendly; when they realized I was Japanese, many told me they had visited Japan. I heard that it's rare for Japanese people to join this type of tour in Jeju Island, but taking the plunge allowed for a memorable cross-cultural exchange. The tour itself ran smoothly and mostly on schedule. Some attractions involved climbing and descending long stairs. There was also a mountain walk, so comfortable clothing and walking shoes were essential. The tea shop was extremely crowded, so it was necessary to allow extra time there. For lunch, everyone generally went to a restaurant chosen by the guide, where we ordered and paid individually, but it was also possible to use nearby places like Starbucks if preferred. The restaurant menu was introduced in the car beforehand. I was very satisfied to receive a tangerine-shaped keychain, a bottle of water, and an eco-bag. Regarding the meeting point, a photo of the tour bus was sent to the email address I registered when booking, but I didn't notice it because I don't usually check that email address. Also, there were people from other tours at the meeting point, and the pickup was under the local tour company's name, not Klook, so it took me a while to realize which vehicle was for my tour. While it's my fault for not checking my email beforehand, it would be helpful if the pickup process were explained more clearly in advance.

I was initially worried that the weather would prevent us from seeing the Ama diver performance, but thankfully, the weather cleared up. We were able to hike while enjoying beautiful scenery and also watch the Ama divers sing and dive. We had a great time with this tour group - perfectly organized and no unnecessary waiting. We were brought in this good restaurant for lunch and really enjoyed the food. Seyong is very accomodating as well. Looking forward to the next tour.

We've been to all three tours, which were super great and efficient to tour Jeju. The tour guide, Luke was greatly appreciated with sincerity and passion. Our Jeju visit was wonderful and memorable. 👍🏻
