Haley was an amazing guide! She was incredibly kind and helpful. Her energy was very warm and her English was good. I’m so grateful we had a guide who spoke good English since we don’t speak Korean. We were late to the pick up point because of traffic so she helped us get to our 1st location by talking on the phone to our taxi driver. She went above and beyond to help us join the tour. The tour was very fun! We went to many places that would have been difficult to get to by taxi. We had a delicious lunch. This was the best first day in Jeju Island and we will remember it always.

I had such a good day touring the South-West side of Jeju Island. The island is beautiful and we visited so many gorgeous and interesting places. The Osulloc tea museum and the waterfall were my highlights. Haley was a fantastic tour guide!! She is so friendly and funny and really made our day special! She also gave us a lot of insight into the history of Jeju, life on the island etc. I would happily have her as my tour guide again in the future.

Haley was the sweetest tour guide - 5/5!!! She was fantastic explaining the culture of Jeju, tangerines, and the local sites. Haley was very warm and engaging, and I can’t say enough how thoughtful she was, sharing recommendations for other places to visit and Jeju cuisine. Loved her jokes as well and if you get her as your guide, you are in for a treat!! The views were gorgeous and the lunch was so delicious too!

The trip was well structured and gave exposure to lots of places. Not having to book multiple taxis and entry fees is very handy. Clara Kim, our guide, did a great job in explaining the local culture

I had an amazing time on this tour! Pick up is fast and easy, and Jeju Mama Elin is a great tour guide! She was so knowledgeable the whole day and was so nice. I had complications in the morning with my phone not being charged and Elin helped me and let me charge it on the bus! Honestly one of the best tours I have ever had, thank you Jeju Mama!!
