Chloe was a very good guide throughout the tour. She kept everything organized and made sure the day ran smoothly without any confusion. What stood out to me were the small, considerate things she did during the day. For example, she offered a slower walking option for someone who was having difficulty keeping up, and she also took a moment to explain things individually to a few guests who were less comfortable with English. None of it felt forced or highlighted, but it made the whole group feel more at ease. Chloe is not just a good guide, but someone who naturally pays attention to people.

We had Chloe as our guide for the South and West Jeju tour. What stood out to me about Chloe was that she didn’t seem to be just following a fixed schedule. She was genuinely focused on making sure people could enjoy each place in the best possible way, adjusting the timing and pace depending on the group and conditions throughout the day. It felt less like moving from one stop to another and more like shaping the day around the people in it. At one point, lunch was already arranged in advance, which meant we didn’t have to wait and could spend more time at the sights instead. By the end of the day, it was easy to see how smoothly everything had been handled, even though it never felt “managed” during the tour itself.

The tour was great, we saw many beautiful landmarks and got a few lessons on korean culture and fun facts from our amazing guide Choi! Very much recommend :)

We had an amazing trip exploring a really interesting path through the lush landscapes of Jeju. Steven was absolutely incredible guiding us through the spots, really knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, giving us extra tips on Korean language, customs, gastronomy! On the whole, a tour that I would definitely recommend to everybody who wants to explore Jeju island with the help of an expert.
