We had a great experience with Steven Yanagi. He is very knowledgeable about the area and explained things in a simple and clear way. He made the tour feel relaxed and easy, and we were able to enjoy more without feeling rushed. He also helped us take very nice photos, which we really appreciate. We had an absolutely wonderful experience on the Jeju Southwest tour. The entire tour was very well organized, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, allowing us to enjoy each location without feeling rushed, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. A special mention to our guide Chloe, who truly made the tour exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a detailed and engaging way, which helped us appreciate each place much more. She was also very kind, patient, and understanding throughout the trip. What stood out most was how prompt and organized she was, always ensuring that everyone in the group was comfortable and having a good time.
