Zin gives more information about what to do or what not to do in Korea, especially as a first timer traveling and have no clue of Korean culture. It is a big help. I just thought that it is helpful to give those even little details. He's informative. And sometimes funny.😄

I’ve been on many day tours, but this guide was the most dedicated and enthusiastic I’ve ever met! They greeted us with a big smile early in the morning, provided thorough explanations on the bus, and even offered to help take photos at each attraction. The service was truly wonderful! The weather was beautiful today, and the scenery was lovely and pleasant. The guide’s radiant smile made the entire trip even more enjoyable!
Clara Kim was my guide on two tours, and she was amazing both times. She was incredibly helpful, always checking in to make sure I was having a good time, and she took so many great photos for me. She truly made a big difference in my trip and is a huge part of why I had such a fun experience.
This tour was amazing! The highlight for me was the Osulloc Tea museum. Clara was a fantastic guide very energetic and told us a lot of interesting things about Jeju Island!

We were lucky enough to have Haley again for our Jeju East course tour, and somehow she was just as amazing—if not better—the second time around. By this point, we already knew we were in good hands, but she still went above and beyond to make the experience feel fresh, organized, and really enjoyable. The day flowed perfectly, and she balanced timing so well that we got to see everything without feeling rushed. Highlights included exploring Seongsan Ilchulbong, learning about local culture at Seongeup Folk Village, and seeing the incredible Haenyeo diver show. She also made sure we didn’t miss special moments—like the cherry blossoms along Noksan-ro, which honestly made the day feel even more memorable. What really stands out about Haley is her consistency—she’s organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about everyone having a good experience. Even small things, like coordinating our airport drop-off smoothly, made a big difference. .
Haley was an amazing tour guide for our Jeju Southwest & Hallasan course tour! From the very beginning, everything was well-organized and clearly communicated, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. She made sure everyone knew the pickup details, timing, and what to expect throughout the day. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and engaging she was at every stop from the beautiful views at Hallasan Mountain to the stunning Jusangjeolli Cliff and peaceful Cheonjeyeon Waterfall. She shared interesting facts and gave us enough time to explore without ever feeling rushed. She also handled the group really well keeping everyone on schedule while still being friendly, approachable, and accommodating. The tour itself was full, but never overwhelming, and that’s honestly because of how well Haley managed the pacing. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our Jeju trip, and I’d definitely recommend this tour especially if you get Haley as your guide!
