Douglas has been an absolute delight. We had the WORST weather 3 consecutive days of torrential rain. We weren’t sure the tour would go ahead or how we can keep up with the itinerary. Douglas thought of everything, kept us all in spirit and was very protective of us. Moreover he was very informative and knowledge and also a good comedian ?. Kept making us laugh and at the same time giving us great information. Overall definitely recommend it.

The most remarkable places included in this trip were Geumneung Beach and Cheonjiyeon Falls. Our tourist guide Elin took great care of us and we enjoyed every single minute of this trip!

Douglas is an exceptional tour leader for the West Coast Bus Tour!! My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed his company and expertise -- He is professional, informative, and knowledgeable of Jeju Island. During the course, Douglas shared facts, both historical and relevant, that I found fascinating. As a plus, he is funny and entertaining; there was never a dull moment during this tour! I have to say, we experienced the heaviest rain and then the thickest fog, a first in a long time, so there were a bunch of things that we couldn’t do in the itinerary for safety reasons. This was something out of everyone’s control, but Douglas did his best to accommodate and to adjust our schedule. He did a wonderful job and accomplished a great feat in a moment’s notice, on top of taking care of us and looking out for everyone! This is definitely indicative of a great and seasoned tour leader! Another thing I was grateful for was that Douglas took the time to take group photos on each of our stops -- a wonderful memory of our wonderful time together!nnI also must give a shout-out to our bus driver, Mr. Kim! He drove through rain and fog in the most professional manner, and it was because of his skills and expertise that we stayed safe and sound throughout the day! There were times when we literally could not see past a couple of feet around us due to how dense the fog was. It was scary, but Mr. Kim protected us!nnThank you to both Douglas and Mr. Kim for an unforgettable experience!

If I had to choose only one trip on Jeju Island, it would be definitely this one! Wonderful nature and what was the most important to me, we were able to watch Haenyeo performance! Our guide Elin took care of us very well!nMake sure to wear comfortable shoes if you want to climb Seongsan Ilchulbong! It’s definitely worth it!

Elin, our tour guide was amazing! She was extremely bubbly and friendly. She was helpful the entire trip and kept us on a very exciting schedule. Our bus driver, Mr. Sang, was also very good! This tour was more than worth the money and allowed me, a solo traveler, to see and do so much. I booked all 3 day tours and they were all so so worth it! 100% recommend. I think it’s the best way to see Jeju in very little time.
