Elin our tour guide and Mr. Sung our driver are professional. The tour is smooth, well planned and punctual. Elin is full of energy and communicate in English very well. She helped taking photo also. The food is nice with two choices to choose: Seafood soup or Bibimbap. I will also have the West tour with her today.
Best tour guide I’ve ever had. she had snacks and games and knew when to let passengers sleep after a long day. I’ve only been on a few tours but I am so glad I booked two days with this tour group. I wish I had time to do all three tours. Elin is the best!

Best tour I’ve ever been on. Elin is the best tour guide I’ve had in 44 countries. Blown away by the quality and passion. I was off of viator and trip advisor for a while but I’m back on because of this tour and Elin.
My wife and I had possibly the best day tour ever with Elin, the tour guide. Our day with Elin is the highlight of our stay in South Korea. We was fantastic - helpful, informative, and friendly. She was constantly giving out snacks and little gifts (which I am sure she paid for herself) and made the tour exciting by her great enthusiasm for her work.
My tourguide is Elin and she is very friendly. She is always punctual and make sure that we can have the best experience by visiting all of the places. She also gives us some snacks and souvenirs if we can answer her mini quiz. Although unfortunately the weather was rainy during our trip, Elin still made sure that we can still visit the places by lending us umbrellas. Our driver, Kevin, was also very nice as he greeted us everytime we enter the bus. Elin and Kevin also droped us to our hotel without extra fee! Overall we were very satisfied with this trip!
