From the moment we arrived at the meeting point - Elin was accommodating. She was so cheery and kept up the good energy the WHOLE time. From explaining step by step what we were doing that day to when we had to be back on the bus to keeping everyone engaged with fun quizzes and delicious Korean treats. She also was so helpful with taking pictures of EVERYONE - knowing the right angles and the best spots at each location. She knows what she is doing and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Jeju Island.

I booked the Eastern and Western tour with YEHA tour under Klook and it was a wonderful experience. With the bus tour, you get to explore many places in one day esp if you don’t know how to drive. The tour guide, Elin is an experienced, caring and friendly tour guide with boundless energy. She always carries a smile and goes the extra mile to provide good service. We enjoyed the East tour provided by YEHA so much. Our tour guide, Elin, was so amazing and helpful during the trip. She was with us all time and are good at taking great pictures. She also assisted us whenever we need it and helped us with our queries during the trip. Our driver, Kevin, was very cheerful and excellent too, making our whole trip smooth and safe. I wish I could give Elien and Kevin thousands and millions of stars for their exceptional service. They truly elevated our experience and instilled in us a deep love for Jeju Island. Even after we left, we couldn’t help but compare every other tour to theirs. The timing for each attraction was perfectly satisfactory, and Elien went the extra mile by offering two options: a longer route for those who wanted to explore more and a shorter one for those who preferred a leisurely pace. Their preparedness was also commendable; even in the rain, they had umbrellas and raincoats ready for us. I cannot recommend them enough. Even the food arrangements were well-thought-out and delicious, and Elien took care of each and every one of us. Thank you so much for creating incredible memories with us.
