Mr Douglas is a very nice and patient guide. he will help us to take photos and email them to us. We enjoyed exploring the Western side of Jeju Island. We are given sufficient time to do hiking. A nice trip indeed.

This tour was definitely worth it, and it was generally manageable. It covered quite a few places, and the amount of time given to explore each place was just enough. This tour was a great way to view some of the really beautiful tourist attractions in the Western part of Jeju. The package also included a very hearty Korean meal at a local restaurant. It was really nice to eat a simple but delicious meal at a place which we might have otherwise not spotted on our own. The most impressive part of the tour was the tour guide, Elin. She was so genuinely caring and friendly that she made us feel very comfortable throughout the tour. She took photos for us and even helped my mother, who had some difficulty walking at certain parts of the trail. She interacted well with my mother and informed her whenever we were about to head somewhere that might be challenging for my mother. I truly appreciate everything she did to make this experience so meaningful for us. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for an easy but effective way to cover the tourist attractions in the West of Jeju. Elin definitely made our trip very memorable. Thank you to Elin and the team!

tour guide Eileen was awesome! Super friendly, kind and outgoing. She’s also super flexible with everything, including bringing food and drinks - ice-cream, onboard the tour bus. she’s also super fluent in english and is ironically funny, made us laugh throughout the entire trip. She’s also a Super fast walker to cater to everyone at different places. bus driver Mr Kim was also professional, made the drive to every destination a comfortable, fast ride. He’s also very good looking ? tour bus is super clean, spacious and looks relative new. all the locations were well planned out and very interesting. the east tour can be rather tiring as there is a mix of hiking, walking in caves, etc. good variety of mother nature and rich history of Jeju. Lunch was also super yummy with a option for vegans! this tour is a must if you want a convenient and fast way to explore the Eastern side. Though there is much more to explore, this tour is enough to cover the iconic landmarks that makes up the speciality and uniqueness of Jeju.

Elin tour director was great and energetic. She went above and beyond her duties making everyone welcomed and comfortable. I would travel and recommend her tour to everyone going to Jeju. Love it. She was very accomodating. We were seniors and she waited for us to return back to the bus when we did the hiking.Thanks for all the photos you took of us and everyone travelling solo and/or accompanied.

I did my tour with Serena and had a very enjoyable experience. Our group was quite small, but she made sure we were comfortable! She offered us snacks throughout the day and even took a lot of photos with us haha. Would love to have her as a tour guide again!! :))

Douglas was an amazing tour guide throughout the tour! He gave a lot of details for each of the destinations we were going to. I felt that his schedule was much better than the original plan because we were able to see the waterfalls bright and early! I was a solo traveler so I was too shy to ask for photos but Douglas insisted and now I have some amazing photos. I would love to have him as a tour guide again when I come back to Jeju!
