The tour was amazing! Our guide, Elin, had amazing energy all throughout the tour. She has been our “Mama” and made sure everyone is happy and on time! A lot of great locations and we even got some local snacks during the bus ride. Thumbs up for our driver Mr.Kim, who has been a fantastic driver!
By far the best group tour we’ve ever tried!! My husband and I took the West course tour with Mr. Hong and Ms. Elin. Mr. Hong drives very well (not aggressive and very calm), and Ms. Elin, our “Jeju Mama”, is the best tour guide ever!!! Her fun and exciting personality definitely enhanced our group tour experience! She will take care of you! She will give you alternative routes if some parts are too challenging for you to do, and never runs out of tips and tricks for you to fully enjoy the experience! She will also take pictures of you that you can get access to after the tour! Definitely an unforgettable and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED trip for those who are visiting Jeju!! Can’t wait for the East tour as well!!
Elin was our tour guide today. She was very helpful, gave us historical information about Jeju, kept us on track, and gave us snacks! We saw many places in a short period. We did the West tour today, and we booked two more tours with them. We walked over 5 miles today, but you can ask to sit in observation areas if that’s too much. Overall, wonderful experience. The bus driver drove smoothly as well. This was a great experience if you speak English, too. The lunch was a buffet, and it was delicious. I came with my 75 year old mother, and she survived all the walking! Here is the guide holding my mom’s hand as well. Ha
The route is incredible, less demanding than the East side but just as beautiful. The route is very well planned and our guide Elin was very clear in the instructions, very friendly and fun, Jeju mama Elin is incredible. Taking a tour is pretty good because of the distances between the attractions.

Kate, our guide was so full of energy throughout our tour and kept us entertained with her quirkiness and stories and love for Jeju island. She kept us laughing and smiling and I genuinely loved her enthusiasm. She gave us Korean snacks to try which I thought was such a kind gesture. By the end of the tour she gave us each a postcard which was the icing to the cake on such a beautiful day. Oh and that instant coffee at lunchtime, it was soooo good. Honestly too good to be free but I highly suggest anyone going to try it. Instant coffee really hits different in Korea. I’m still thinking about it. It’s that good.
