Amazing day tour with the incredible Elin (tour guide) and Mr Kim (driver). So friendly, professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. She provided helpful information, organised everything perfectly and was a professional photographer for us solo travellers. Enough time at each site was provided. She also gave us gifts and did trivia in the bus to pass the time. There was also multiple offerings of complementary yummy Korean snacks. Lunch was also delicious (with Soju!). Would highly recommend to hit the highlights of the south. Only downside was the weather and not being able to do some of the attractions but Elin adapted and took us to alternative indoor venues. 100% book this tour for a great easy organised day and a good time.

Everything is sooo good! Recommended for all tourists that wants a comfortable planned tour in Jeju Island!

Sernera’s tour guide was very nice and the weather was good. They also had small snacks to feed along the way which was great.

Mr Yiu is gentle and kind driver, he always give us support even Elin, our guides, is busy in care of our teammates. Elin is a super Jeju Mama, she always take care all of us, even our team is over 50, as the sun. She is full of energy, knowledge and motherhood
