The tour guide Alin is enthusiastic and lively when leading the group. He will help take photos and guide the best scenery along the way. He will also hand out snacks and souvenirs. The driver drives smoothly.
Our tour guide Kate made the best of a miserable day of constant rain during our East Jeju tour. She was funny, articulate and thoughtful (she brought snacks for us and talked to us one-on-one to get to know us). We couldn’t tour certain sites, because they were closed as a result of the heavy rain. However, Kate found alternative sites and entertained us throughout our tour. I highly recommend this company and Kate! An additional plus was the fact that the bus driver took us back to our hotels.
This tour is a great way to tick of Jeju island’s attractions if you are limited with time or do not have a vehicle. Jejumama Elin was a great guide. Funny, warm, made sure everyone felt included and supplied snacks!
Unfortunately we have been very unlucky with the weather and most of the attractions were closed because of the heavy rain. Besides that our guide Kate tried her best to make us have a good time!
This tour is perfect to get to know the west side of the island. They explained the history and culture of the island to us, as well as a good introduction to the attractions. This route has several walking sections but is easy and suitable for everyone.

This is the second time I came to Jeju with my family, we booked a company tour for 2 days The tour guide Ms. Elin was very friendly and enthusiastic. Although the weather in Jeju was not very favorable, on the first day we were taken to visit many beautiful sights in cloudy weather, but luckily it did not rain, so we was helped by the tour guide to take beautiful photos. In the afternoon, we had a buffet of Korean dishes and enjoyed rice wine during the meal. Ms. Elin took very good care of us. On the second day, hearing the forecast of rain, we went to the first attraction which was the forest... getting out of the car, everyone covered themselves with umbrellas to take pictures and the rain began to fall heavier. Due to the rain, my family don’t want to go to outdoor attractions, after lunch, we visit a museum displaying scuba diving equipment and watch movies about Jeju women with the traditional and special profession of deep-sea diving to catch seafood for women in Jeju. After that it was still raining so we suggested let us go back to the hotel earlier. In spite of the weather was not favorable, everyone’s clothes were wet, but we were very happy and felt warm because of Ms. Elin’s kindness.
