Really loved my West Jeju Tour with RedcapElin. She was amazing in every aspect and really made the experience unique. Wishing I had more days in Jeju during my stay in Korea, but looking forward to my next trip.

During our Jeju trip, we took a West Coast tour with Yena Tours, booked through the Trazy app. The meeting point at Lotte Department Store was just a short walk from our hotel, and the guide’s clear communication made the start of our day smooth. The bus was comfortable and spacious, with fewer passengers, which made the experience relaxed. Our itinerary included several scenic spots. We started at Hyeopjae Beach with its unique black sand, then visited the tranquil Hallim Park and enjoyed a buffet-style lunch with a variety of fresh Korean dishes. The highlight for me was the O’sulloc Green Tea Museum, where we had time to explore the fields, shop, and enjoy green tea ice cream. We also stopped at Sanbangsan Mountain for ocean views, and our final destination offered a choice between a waterfall or the Teddy Bear Museum. The tour was well-paced overall, though I would have liked a bit more time at the Green Tea Museum. The tour guide gave us interesting details during the coach ride and took photos throughout the day. He shared these with us after the tour. The day ended with a convenient drop-off at our hotel. I’d recommend Yena Tours for anyone looking to comfortably explore Jeju’s highlights with a well-organised, friendly team.
10000/10 the tour was amazing, the places we visited were super beautiful and had spectacular views, the divers show was very nice, the guide is super fun, friendly and makes everything very dynamic, she also takes very nice photos ? her explanations are detailed and interesting, super good guide Elin ?.

I did two tours with them, east and west, and the experience couldn’t have been better. In both cases we made the most of the day and saw many things, and Elin, our guide, was always attentive and adjusted the timing perfectly. He explained many local and cultural things to us, and made the bus trip very enjoyable. The food in both was pleasantly very good. If you need a tour to discover Jeju, it is undoubtedly the best agency
