Yesterday’s tour was a very good experience overall. The pick-up was punctual, the bus was comfortable, and the timetable was followed very well. We started on time and finished on time, which made the day very organized and smooth. Our guide, Eric, was wonderful. He was very kind, shared interesting history about the places, explained the constructions and landmarks clearly, answered questions, and was always very patient with everyone. He really made the experience better. The only point I would suggest improving is the time allocated to the beaches. There were two beach stops on the itinerary, and I felt the time spent there was a bit too long, especially since no one was going swimming. At the first beach, most people took photos within about 10 minutes and then just waited sheltered from the wind until it was time to leave. I think the schedule could be adjusted to use that time more efficiently elsewhere. Overall, it was still an excellent tour and I would recommend it.

We booked the tour through the app and took it on Monday, April 13th. Clara was our guide through these beautiful places, which we highly recommend. She was a very charismatic and friendly person, attentive to all the visitors in her care at all times, and had fun interactions with everyone so that we could all enjoy the trip. Since we spoke Spanish, she made an effort and interacted with us in a kind and cheerful way. We 100% recommend visiting Jeju with this tour, and we hope you get to meet Clara and have the best impression.

Jeju Mama Elin was so accomodating I really enjoy the tour even it was raining it never stopped us from experiencing Jeju Island. She also made the whole bus sing me happy birthday song since it was my birthday during the trip and she was so generous to give me birthday gift🥰 We also learned a lot of history from the tour during our quiz time… definitely will come back in another season to experience jeju again
