It qas nice.toir guide Eric & Clara help us with pictures and foods..for muslim we like to bring our own food and so they helped to provide hot water and reheat our foods

Admittedly, Jeju Island in general turned out to be way more popular than I expected so naturally most of the stops on this tour were a little more touristy than I prefer. However, that is absolutely no knock on Yeha Bus Tours as this tour (combined with their East Island tour) gives you just about everything you can ask for during your visit to Jeju. The communication beforehand was superb, the directions to the meeting places and times were spot on and the whole operation was just incredibly well run! However, what truly made this particular tour was our guide Elin (or as we called her Jeju Mama Elin). In all my decades of travels and countless tours, she was easily the most engaging and high energy tour guide I ever had. I don't know where she gets all the energy but it never let up from the first pickup to the last drop off. You couldn't help but smile and stay engaged. She was also very clear about the itinerary, when to meet back and answering any questions we had. So yes, be prepared for a big bus tour with tourist heavy stops, but Yeha is the way to go for it and if you're lucky, you'll get to experience Mama Elin!

Halley was excellent! She was kind and very patient with the group! I enjoyed how personable and knowledgeable she was. Amazing communication as her English is perfect! The bus driver Mr. B (horse) was excellent too! They ensured the tour was on track and time.

We love our tour guide Elin (Jeju Mama- Elin). She was super on everything. She was fun, energetic, helpful and entertaining. She had snacks for us. At the end, she also asked her boss for a free foot massage for each of us. She was the best tour guide we ever had.

Mama Elin is hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST tour guide ever! Kind, hilarious, knowledgeable, energetic, brings the snacks and takes brilliant pictures!
