Mickey was a wonderful guide. We learnt so much from him about Jeju, its history and Korea’s cultural traditions. I liked his openness to explaining for us about why Koreans behave the way they do. In terms of respecting the elders or why they often don’t touch others products and many other cultural information. For instance, we learnt about why there are insufficient number of trash bins, but more interestingly are his Jeju stories. Because he is a Jeju person and was of an older age, he was able to tell us about his family and his wife’s family. It was nice to hear the local’s side of information. Such as how they live, and what do they do. Moreover, his wife’s family lived in the old village which was interesting to learn about. I felt that we were lucky because not every tour guide in Jeju-Do is a Jeju person. Moreover, his English was easy to understand and he is a kind person and it was easy to communicate with him. He receives questions well.

Elin (Jeju Mama) is absolutely the best guide ever! She is so nice, funny, helpful, interesting, and generous. She wants you to have a good time and takes all the measures for it. I highly recommend a tour with her - you will enjoy it for sure.

Mickey was very skillful as a tour guide. He speaks English well and never fails to give clear instructions throughout the tour. I recommend this tour for first time visitors of Jeju! He answers all relevant Jeju questions. He has many stories to share as well. The tour was informative and memorable because of his stories.

Despite the scorching heat we really enjoyed the tour. Mickey as a tour guide is so accommodating and have a lot of trivias about the places we’ve visited. He is an excellent tour guide. Highly recommended. Looks like he didn’t get tired on our whole day tour. I’ve noticed also that he always checked the number of guests before the bus leave so that a good trait as a tour guide. I commended him for doing that. 🙌🏻
