We enjoyed the tour thoroughly! Can be further improve if more pickup locations in jeju city is included. Our tour guide Elin is full of energy, knowledgable, and made the day tour experience much more enjoyable.

It was overall a great experience! the guide was amazing..we got lost on our way to the meet up point but he coordinated with the driver and helped us so much. The food was also amazing, fully authentic experience.
I participated in YEHA Tour’s one-day tour for two consecutive days, which included a comprehensive selection of Jeju Island’s characteristic attractions in the southwest and east. Although the itinerary was a bit tight, fortunately, the group members were able to gather on time, and we saw all the scenery we were supposed to see. Both days happened to have Hailey as the guide, who was able to provide clear explanations in English and was happy to interact. She has experience as a Chinese tour guide, so you can chat with her to help her review her Chinese. I highly recommend the Songaksan Trail on the southwest itinerary, where you can simultaneously see Mt. Bangsan/Mt. Hallasan/Brother Rock from afar. The blue sky, white clouds, and the boundless sea are just too beautiful.
I participated in YEHA Tour’s one-day tours for two consecutive days, covering carefully selected Jeju Island attractions in the southwest and east, offering a comprehensive experience. Although the itinerary was a bit tight, thankfully all the tour members were punctual, and we got to see all the sights. Both days, our guide was Hailey, who was able to provide clear explanations in English and was happy to interact. She has experience as a Chinese tour guide, so you can chat with her to help her review her Chinese. For the eastern tour, I highly recommend Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak and Gwangchigi Beach. The volcano in the sea combined with the blue sky and white clouds is just too beautiful, truly deserving of its status as a World Natural Heritage site.
Our guide Haley was amazing-kind, funny and efficient. I had my kids with me and they also loved our guide and the tour. Lunch was also very delicious and price worthy. Thank you for making our first Jeju island experience so rich and welcoming! We will be back!
We enjoyed the tour and admired the boundless energy and cheerfulness of our guide, Elin. She was very informative and very service oriented, paying personal attention to every one of the 42 guests, even announcing when there is time to nap or rest during the long bus ride then alerting us when it’s time to wake up. The tour was well organized. Thank you so much Elin!!!
