Elin is an experienced tour guide who knows how to keep her group engaged and curious. She was helpful and kept us informed and together. She is a wealth of information and kept us remembering facts for her optional quizzes and fun facts. We went on a tour with another company and really noticed a difference! Spent a wonderful and informative day with Zin Lim. He was very systematic in his approach and was very patient throughout. He did not rush us anywhere and was very understanding of our dietery restrictions during lunch as we are Indians. His suggestions were very helpful to us and we had a great time with him
We had an amazing time in Jeju, thanks to our tour guide, Zin Lim! He was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the island, but also patient, kind, and genuinely fun to be around. Zin somehow managed to answer all our questions, keep us on schedule, and still make every stop feel relaxed and enjoyable. He knew the best spots, both the famous ones and the hidden gems, and shared stories that made Jeju’s history and culture come alive. His understanding nature and easygoing personality made the whole experience stress-free and unforgettable. If you want a guide who’s professional, friendly, and brings great energy to the trip, Zin Lim is your guy. Highly recommended!
Elin is an incredible guide with an infectious energy which kept our group excited and engaged. She knew everyone’s names and faces, helped with photos, and made you feel welcome. At each stop, she presented history and context that wasn’t just read off a sign. Elin spoke and projected well, and was always easy to find (red hat! red vest!) in a crowd. The group WhatsApp kept us all connected, and it was consistently updated with maps & meetup times. On the ride between stops, she was engaging, then gave us time to nap or take in the sights. I really loved having the option of aircon in the bus, as usually it’s just heat which makes me ill. The stops were very well-timed, and I like a no-shopping tour in concept, but it turned out I did want to shop (Jeju souvenirs are the CUTEST), so I loved that some stops had options (e.g., hike Seongsan Ilchulbong or take photos & peruse shops/snacks). Of the four tours on our SK trip, Elin is the guide we can’t stop comparing everyone to!
Haley was our assigned tour guide and she is sooooo friendly and kind. Wasted that we couldn’t visit Mt. Hallah due to the snow and strong wind. The mysterious forest is very therapeutic as well! However this tour has a lot of climbing so i suggest if you have legs or knee problem better to skip it. Overall its a very nice trip! We had muscleaches rhe next day 😂
We booked tours with YEHA tours for both SW and Eastern day tour in Jeju. Highly recommended as our guide Elin (Jeju Mama) is very knowledgeable, professional, organized and enthusiastic. The company has great communication, making it a very seamless day covering most of main Jeju attractions across the whole island.
