Wonderful tour! We were incredibly lucky with sunny weather and almost no wind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The transportation was comfortable - many thanks to our driver, Mr. Kim. Hats off as well to our super friendly and lovely guide, Ms. Clara Kim, who made the day truly special. The restaurant served simple yet delicious food, and the waterfalls and lava rock formations were absolutely breathtaking. It was my birthday outing, and I’m truly grateful for such a beautiful and memorable way to spend the day.

This is the first time we are trying out Yeha Tour led by Ms Clara Kim and I have to say we had a blast! The whole South West trip consisted of 6 locations, including the magnificent Hallasan mountain and some UNESCO sites. The tour was well organised and coordinated. Clara was with us all the time introducing and explaining the background of the different sites, and we had some great photos taken by her. Highly knowledgable, Clara was very patient and was able to set you at ease almost immediately with her cheerful disposition. We will definitely seek her out for our next tour. We had a wonderful day! The weather was great and the itinerary was excellent. Lunch was local barbecue, and we also saw a haenyeo (female divers) performance. It was a very worthwhile trip. Our guide today was Haley, a beautiful young woman who proactively took many photos for us and offered photography tips. Haley is also very knowledgeable, introducing Jeju culture to the guests and engaging in lively conversations about local cultures with guests from various countries. If I had the chance, I would like to join her group again!

Eilyn — or “Mama Jeju,” as she warmly calls herself — is such an attentive and caring guide. Her motherly warmth truly made the trip extra special. Even my parents, who don’t walk very well, were able to enjoy the experience comfortably thanks to her thoughtfulness and patience. She manages the tour group very well, giving clear instructions and timely WhatsApp updates, which made everything smooth and stress-free. When I first saw the itinerary, I was honestly worried that it might be too tiring for my parents. But to my surprise, they ended up loving it! We also learned so much from her fun transit quizzes along the way, and we really appreciated the local snacks she shared with us — we’re even planning to look for them at the mart later. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to tomorrow’s trip!
