Our experience with Yeha Tour Jeju was exceptional! From start to finish, everything was seamless and enjoyable. Our tour guide, Serena, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the trip even more memorable with her friendly personality. We only had 1 day on Jeju Island and with this itinerary the day was well-planned. I highly recommend Yeha Tour Jeju to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience on this beautiful island. Thank you, Serena and the Yeha Tour team 감사합니다

I had a two-day tour with YEHA, covering the east and west lines. On the first day, I had the pleasure of being guided by Sunny, who reminded me of one of my teachers—knowledgeable and exuding kindness at every moment, and just want to talk to her more.
On the second day, we were accompanied by the lovely Elin. Despite the rainy weather at the start, she consistently brought light to the tour, ensuring we enjoyed every minute. Elin is active, humorous, caring, and our best photographer (haha).
Lastly, Kim (sajiang) drove us for two days, displaying superb driving skills that were both stable and calm, ensuring our safety throughout.
Overall, thanks to the tour, I thoroughly enjoyed Jeju and cherished every experience.
We did the west course tour with Elin and the east course tour with Angela. Elin was a phenomenal tour guide! She was very informative, energetic, and proactive. She took candid photos of the groups and sent them individually to us. We even got to try Korean snacks on the bus. Highly recommend!
I booked two great tours with this company and both were great!
On the west tour, our tour guide Elin did an awesone job by bringing her energy, knowledge and fun into the tour. All stops were great, except perhaps the Osulloc Tea Museum. I feel like that stop didn’t provide too much value and the rest was not needed as it came right after lunch. I would have rather used more time on the other locations, e.g. for a longer stroll through the bonus stop (forest).
On the east tour, our guide Angella also did an amazing job! The stone park was the only stop in the tour that I didn’t find overly interesting. Though I have to mention that we also had quite a lot of rain during this part
We joined the Jeju Island West One-day Bus Tour. Elin was our tour guide. Great tour program and super excellent tour guide. We had a wonderful time all day long. One of the best tours we ever had. Elin was so passionate and professional and took care everyone and everthing. I certainly recommend this to everyone!
Enjoyed our tour of the West side of Jeju with Elin and the East side of Jeju with our tour guide Angella. Both had such great energy the entire tour and exposed us to the most beautiful and historical parts of Jeju. Highly recommend as you really do get a comprehensive experience at an unbeatable price point.
Western Island Tour: Elin was our tour guide today. She was very helpful, gave us historical information about Jeju, kept us on track, and gave us snacks! We saw many places in a short period. We did the West tour today, and we booked two more tours with them. We walked over 5 miles today, but you can ask to sit in observation areas if that’s too much. Overall, wonderful experience. The bus driver drove smoothly as well. This was a great experience if you speak English, too. The lunch was a buffet, and it was delicious. I came with my 75 year old mother, and she survived all the walking! Here is the guide holding my mom’s hand as well. Ha
Southern Island Tour:
This was my second tour with Yeha Tours, and once again, I was accompanied by my 75-year-old mother. We were happy to have Elin as our guide again. The highlight of our trip was the challenging hike to the volcano, which was the most demanding part of the tour (the most demanding of the three different tours offered through Yeha: East, West, and Southern). The trail is roughly 0.7 miles of uphill steps; most of our group managed to reach the top, though my mom made it about 0.25 miles up. We also visited an interactive museum where visitors become part of the artwork, adding a fun twist to our experience. Another intriguing stop was a mysterious road, short yet fascinating, especially with its historical background. The tour offered stunning views of lava rocks, the ocean, a waterfall, and the lonely rock. The remainder of the tour was relatively easygoing. Jeju Island is rich in history, and the locals are exceptionally welcoming. If you can ride with Tour Guide Elin and Bus Driver Kim, you will love your experience. Elin speaks great English and ensures no one gets lost. The bus is VERY prompt, so just be on time. Elin took pictures for us and sent us our individual pictures, which was amazing. I loved the snacks on the bus as well. Thank you, Elin, Mr. Kim, and Yeha! We will see you tomorrow!
Eastern Island Tour: Angella was our tour guide for this trip, and being a Jeju native, she brought a wealth of information about the island. She even took us past her childhood home! I thoroughly enjoyed learning about Jeju’s rich history and folklore as we traveled between sites. The weather was typical for Jeju—rainy and windy—which made it hard to take pictures, but we still made the most of our experience. The food, especially the pork barbecue, was delicious. The hike to Seongsan Sunrise Peak was the most physically demanding part of our tour, which included a 0.4-mile climb up steep stairs. The foggy forest we passed through was stunningly beautiful. Of the three tours I’ve taken, the hike up Hallasan Mountain to see the volcanic smoke was the toughest, with a 0.7-mile ascent. Overall, the Eastern tour was fantastic and did not disappoint. I highly recommend any of the tours offered—they all featured beautiful places to visit.
We had an absolute blast! The meeting point was easy to find, super fuss free. Our guide, Elin, was really brilliant. She was so friendly, helpful and attentive. The sights were spectacular too. Totally recommend this, you will definitely have a great time, no regrets!
