I attended to East tour and West tour in 2 different days and very enjoyed. Our tour guide, Serena (east tour) and Kate (west tour) were very experienced and very good at their job. Both were helpful, friendly and informed us regarding all the tour details and the general culture in Jeju. Both were very kind and very careful for our safety. Thanks to Serena, Kate and Yeha tour. I highly recommend both tours with Yeha!
We took the Jeju Island West UNESCO Day Tour where a delicious lunch was provided. The sights were exactly as described and we had just the right amount of time at each site. Elin is a fantastic tour guide. She is passionate, enthusiastic, and extremely helpful. She even provided quiz prizes and snacks on the tour to keep visitors interested and learn about Jeju. I would highly recommend this tour for those who want an informative overview of the west coast of Jeju Island.
We booked this trip because we had just two days in Jeju, we didn’t have a car and we wanted to make the most of our time. Elin was amazing! She is just a ball of energy and overall an amazing person. I truly wondered how she was able to maintain the same energy from beginning to end! I highly recommend taking a Yeha tour. The company website has a lot of descriptions and videos explaining various destinations. Making the reservation online (US based) was super simple and the price was reasonable. The website provided a good description of the pick-up location. Our tour guide also messaged us making sure she found our way. The tour guide, Elin was super kind and generous. She provided clear explanation of the locations, where to go, and what to expect. Elin even took photos of the different groups at every location and sent them to us after. The bus itself was clean, comfortable, and our driver, Mr. Kim was cautious and patient. The time at each location was guided with some free time to explore on your own. Lunch was delicious! The local restaurant owners were very generous with a large spread of bbq Jeju black pork, bibimbap, banchan, and makkoli. I always felt safe with our tour guide and driver. The tour was a highlight of my time on Jeju.

The tour was amazing. Our tour guide Elin is amazing! She is very friendly, energetic, informative and helping us taking good picture. I will join the Yeha Tour again next time I come to Jeju.
